OMOS limited liability company (OMOS Ltd.) is a company registered to provide services in the field of auditing, accounting, tax, and business consulting, as well as services of financial analysis, financial control, development, and economic evaluation of investment projects.
The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Croatia issued us a license to provide auditing and related services in September 2022.
We are registered in the register of auditing companies, and our certified auditors in the register of Certified auditors. We are full members of the Croatian Audit Chamber.
We believe that knowledge multiplies only when it is shared: our certified auditors are guest lecturers at the Faculty of Economics - University of Split, and we actively participate as lecturers in seminars and workshops in the areas of accounting, auditing, and taxation.

We perform the audit engagements by fully applying the International Standards on Audit (ISA’s) for all types of audit engagements, and we additionally ensure the quality of work by applying the International Standards on Quality Management (ISQM) and the IEASBA Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants.
We provide accounting services by fully applying International and Croatian Financial Reporting Standards, along with continuous education, training and monitoring of accounting and tax regulations.

Ivana
Ostoić
Founding partner & CEO | Certified Auditor
Ivana graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Split in 2004, and based on her further professional development, she obtained the certificate of certified auditor and certified accountant.
In a rich professional career, she has over 15 years of experience in accounting and auditing, as well as finance and controlling. As a leader or member of the audit team, she participated in various audit engagements with more than 150 clients of all sizes, so her experience includes audits of financial statements and consolidated financial statements, audits of financial statements of financial institutions and numerous other engagements of agreed-upon procedures, audit reviews, expressions of assurance and verification of EU projects.
Ivana also participated in audits of all kinds of statutory changes and has specialized in business and accounting consulting. As the director of OMOS, she is responsible for the organization and conducting of the audit engagements and quality control of the audit work.
Professionally, Ivana emphasizes teamwork, willingness to help, and a positive business attitude, which she sees as the most important factor in business success. She speaks English language. Ivana likes to spend her free time in nature and in the company of family and friends. She likes to travel and meet different cultures.

Andrea
Omašić
Founding partner & CEO | Certified Auditor
Andrea graduated as a top student in 2011 from the Faculty of Economics in Split, and in 2016 he obtained the certificate of certified auditor and certified accountant.
In a rich professional career, he has more than 10 years of experience in accounting and auditing, as well as accounting and business consulting. He participated, as a member of the audit team or engaged partner, in audits of financial statements for more than 120 companies, including work on audits of financial statements of financial institutions, listed and large companies.
He gathered rich experience by leading and participating in numerous due diligence procedures, forensic audits, company valuation procedures, engagements of agreed-upon procedures, audit reviews, expression expressions of assurance and verification of EU projects. Andrea specializes in statutory changes procedures and the detailed study of auditing (ISA’s) and accounting (IFRS / CFRS) standards. As the director of OMOS, he is responsible for the organization and conducting of audit engagements and the improvement of IT techniques in financial statement audits (CAAT's).
Andrea is a lecturer of the Croatian Chamber of Auditors (with the approval of the Ministry of Finance) for continuous professional development and counselling of certified auditors in the Republic of Croatia. He is the author of expert papers at the traditional autumn consultation "Accounting, auditing and taxes in practice" (Brela), the magazine "RIF" and a guest lecturer at audit courses at the Faculty of Economics, University of Split.
Professionally, Andrea places emphasis on commitment to assumed obligations, meticulousness and continuous education and training. He actively uses English and is learning Italian. In his spare time, he plays football, works out in the gym, rides a bicycle and is a big fan of Formula 1.
