Accounting services
Our accounting service is based on the "accountant instead of bookkeeper" concept. We will not only register the submitted documents for you, but we will proactively take care of your entire financial and tax aspect of business. The above implies that we will actively work on your business records and remove possible threats and recognize potential benefits.
Our accounting service includes keeping all legally prescribed accounting records and submitting all legally prescribed financial and tax reports. This includes records in the general ledger and accounting diary, analytical records of fixed assets and supplies, account balances of business partners, cashier's reports and employees’ records. For the purposes of statistics and public publication, we will submit a set of basic financial reports, respectively reports that include JOPPD, VAT and Income Tax with the required attachments. All clients can upgrade the basic accounting service with the "Cloud+" and "Accounting Administration" packages.
Accounting services & Cloud +
The Cloud+ service allows clients to deliver all accounting documentation (invoices, statements, travel orders, calculations, etc) via the Cloud solution in the form of PDF, JPG, JPEG or XML. In addition to the fact that documents can be delivered at any time of the day (24/7), significant time savings are achieved while the number of visits to the accounting office is reduced.
Also, clients who use the Cloud + service can view accounting records at any time of the day (24/7). We provide the Cloud+ accounting service at no additional charge to all our clients.
Accounting administration
In addition to basic accounting services, we also provide clients with an accounting administration service upon request, which includes payment services (preparation and entry of payment orders, i.e. preparation, entry and authorization of payment orders), creation of outgoing invoices, calculation of interest and default interest, calculation of travel orders, preparation documentation for the realization of loans and grants, drawing up loan contracts and preparing other additional documentation.
We also provide our clients with the service of drafting work contracts or royalty contracts with the calculation and payment of all fees, that is, the preparation and submission of legally prescribed reports.
Payroll and employee records
For the clients, we can take over the tasks of keeping employee records (registration, deregistration and change of data on pension and health insurance) and calculation and payment of salaries, all as an external service. Our professional team will take care of all the tasks related to employees, in accordance with positive legal regulations. By using an external payroll service, you will keep the most intimate information about your employees a business secret - both in your own offices and with third parties.
The service includes the calculation and preparation of payment orders for contributions, taxes and net salaries, along with the calculation of administrative prohibitions and enforcements, and we will calculate and prepare payment orders for all non-taxable receipts such as transportation, meals, Christmas bonuses, rewards for results and others non-taxable payments. The package of these services includes the preparation and submission of all prescribed reports to the Tax Administration, HZMO, HZZO and other public administration bodies.
Preparation of financial and managerial reports
The preparation and compilation of annual financial statements can be extremely stressful and requires a significant amount of time, resulting in omissions or errors that can impair the overall quality of the financial statements. Our team of accounting and auditing experts with many years of experience can carry out analytical procedures for the preparation of the gross balance sheet for the final calculation, actions related to the final calculation (reconciliation of records, calculation of depreciation, calculation of membership fees and other necessary procedures) and prepare a set of basic financial statements for statistical purposes and public disclosure (Balance Sheet, P&L Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, Statement of Changes in Capital and Notes to the Financial Statements) with support and explanations to management and accounting.
For directors who need additional and detailed business analyses, we prepare non-standard - managerial reports adapted to the needs of the Board, and for this purpose we can also offer management the use of a Cloud service with insight into financial data with 24/7 access.
